Jeff Crabb - President & CEO

Jeff brings more than 25 years of experience to Action Digital Document Solutions. He began his career in the litigation support industry in 1991 as an account executive for Ikon Document Solutions. He also achieved Presidents Club Member status just two years into his career. In 2001 Jeff became the co-founder of Action Legal Document Solutions of Madison before opening a second office in Milwaukee. In late 2007 Jeff and his partners sold ALDS where Jeff remained as General manager under the Ivize/Modus banner before purchasing the company back in October of 2015. Under Jeff's leadership the Milwaukee office has made its way full circle back to it's original name and ownership.

Brian Fideler - Vice President

Brian comes with 15 years experience in the litigation support industry starting in 2001 as the general/sales manager for Milwaukee Legal Copy Service, Inc. In 2007, the same company that purchased Action Legal, also purchased  Milwaukee legal and merged the two offices together under Jeff Crabb's leadership. In 2010, Brian accepted the position of General Manager of the Madison office where he remained until becoming Vice President of the newly formed Action Digital Document Solutions in October of 2015.

Christopher Flynn - COO

Christopher has been working in the litigation support field for 14 years starting with Ikon Document Solutions before joining Jeff Crabb at Action in 2004 and then becoming operations manager in 2009. In October of 2015 Christopher formed Action DDS along side Jeff and Brian. Besides managing operations for Action DDS, his main focus lies in technology and providing end solutions to meet the clients needs.

Kelly Warwick - Sales Executive

Kelly has an extensive customer service background of more than 20 years. He uses that experience with the assistance of the Action DDS staff to do whatever it takes to get his customers a top-quality product at a reasonable price and within his customer's deadline.
